Primary care network

Wolseley Medical Centre is a member of the Symphonie Primary Care Network. Primary care networks are groups of practices which work together with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services in their local areas.

Symphonie Primary Care Network is made up of the following practices:

  • Wolseley Medical Centre
  • Wilberforce Surgery
  • The Oaks Medical Centre
  • Hastings Medical Centre
  • St Andrews

Our services are commissioned by the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB).

GP net earnings

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.  The average pay for GPs working in Wolseley Medical Centre in the last financial year was £51,967 before tax and national insurance.  This is for 1 full time GP and 6 part time GPs and 2 locum’s who worked in the practice for more than six months.
